BDG Alloy Block – Cast Iron Liners

• • Brand new cylinder block cast in Aluminium LM25TF and machined in house at SAS Engineering
  • Supplied with our 90.00mm Ductile Cast Iron liners:

Ductile Iron gives 3 times the strength of a standard spun cast iron liner resulting in increased durability and reduced distortion at high cylinder pressures making it the prime choice for high performance or turbo applications. 

• Other diameters of liner are available from 81.00 up to 90.00
• Supplied with solid steel caps with dowel location and our high quality stud kit with rolled threads for increased strength.
• Originally machined from genuine Cosworth castings, we have now remanufactured the patterns to the same standards as the originals but with improvements to reduce porosity, improve mould flow and casting solidification.
• All bungs fitted and pressure tested prior to dispatch
• Requires finish honing to suit your piston & ring pack
