- New LM25TF Casting to original dimensions
- Cam bores machined directly into the cylinder head (no cam bearings required) and dowel located cam caps supplied
- Colsibro valve guides fitted finished for (5/16) 0.3125” valve stems
- Combustion chamber machined @ 4.610” with head finished +0.030” (4.640”) to allow for final skimming to achieve the required compression ratio.
- Head supplied fully machined with valve guides and valve seats fitted and cut
- All core plugs fitted
- Fully pressure tested prior to dispatch
Note: The “Big Valve” cam cover was given to later road car engines that that were fitted with the Sprint valve sizes. These are now what we refer to as FiA or Sprint valves as these are the largest valve sizes accepted for FiA racing and are typically adequate for most road builds. The Big Valve head we supply has larger valves again which are mainly used in circuit racing allowing the engine to breathe more freely.
Due to the number of different specifications/configurations of cylinder heads and blocks on offer, we do not hold large amounts of finished stock. Therefore there is typically a 3-6 week wait for these items, if this does not meet your needs please get in touch prior to placing an order.
