Cylinder heads for the Cosworth BD (Belt Drive) Engine remanufactured from our own patternwork.
Available in both 3 Stud and 4 Stud with valve sizes & centres, ports and chamber configurations available for most variants including BDG, BDA, BDD.
Heads are supplied fully finished:
- Ports & Chambers CNC machined and polished
- Sintered valve seats and Colsibro® guides fitted and finished
- Plugs and oil drain tubes fitted
- Pressure tested prior to dispatch
Due to the number of different specifications/configurations of cylinder heads and blocks on offer, we do not hold large amounts of finished stock. Therefore there is typically a 3-6 week wait for these items, if this does not meet your needs please get in touch prior to placing an order.
